The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Galo do Cerrado's Vicente Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Ciano in the 4th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match, Nuno Mendeš got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vicente Barbosa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gruyo Rakadzhiev in the 12th minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernhardt Reshauge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto dos Santos in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Bento Aleixo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicente Barbosa, 1-0. Almantas Plungys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Ciano got free with Vicente Barbosa in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vicente Barbosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Ciano in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto dos Santos in the 27th minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernhardt Reshauge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almantas Plungys in the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Sebastian Drewitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo do Cerrado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Drewitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute Beto dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernhardt Reshauge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Barbosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bento Aleixo in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Medero Medina in the 45th minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Bento Aleixo came free, but Vicente Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Froilan Ciano to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Galo do Cerrado's Ruslan Izmanã got a free kick in the 76th minute. Froilan Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Barbosa having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Peli came free, but Bernhardt Reshauge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gruyo Rakadzhiev made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Medero Medina however managed to control. In the 87th match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qian Jie Yuan to maneuver through the defense. In the 89thth minute of the game Evelio Peli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Bernhardt Reshauge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Club Deportivo O IRIXO booed when Galo do Cerrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almantas Plungys didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Gruyo Rakadzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrinho da Silva hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
