Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eugeniusz Poniewaz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mattias Valström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Eugeniusz Poniewaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ajax Poland's Andrei Doibani quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Michael Asklöv, made in the 8th minute of the game. In the 12th match minute, Ajax Poland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcin Fleischer to maneuver through the defense. If Eugeniusz Poniewaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Eugeniusz Poniewaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Granarna's Mattias Valström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Granarna's zone, Eugeniusz Poniewaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Valström came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Poniewaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 25th minute of play forced Granarna's goalkeeper Mattias Valström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ajax Poland's Antonio Valente managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michael Asklöv in the 30 minute of the game. Mattias Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 35th minute of the match. Michael Asklöv made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ajax Poland's Mateusz Baran. Mattias Valström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Poniewaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ajax Poland's zone, Béla Borelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Korneliusz Rasimowicz came out of the goal and Béla Borelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Granarna's Mattias Valström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 47th minute of play.
After having played for 55 minutes, Eugeniusz Poniewaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Poland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Poniewaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eugeniusz Poniewaz came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ajax Poland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Poniewaz couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Granarna getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Michael Asklöv hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Poniewaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Valström. Granarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugeniusz Poniewaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Korneliusz Rasimowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugeniusz Poniewaz in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mattias Valström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Mattias Valström managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Ajax Poland's Eugeniusz Poniewaz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mattias Valström made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Eugeniusz Poniewaz sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Granarna's Mattias Valström got control of the ball when Eugeniusz Poniewaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mattias Valström was a little too slow when Eugeniusz Poniewaz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 1-2. Ajax Poland's Bob Leerbels was substituted for Eugeniusz Poniewaz. With a little luck, Granarna's Mattias Valström got control of the ball when Bob Leerbels tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ajax Poland's Mateusz Baran got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bob Leerbels's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Valström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Bob Leerbels blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Valström having to make a save. Michael Asklöv's late challenge caught a Ajax Poland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michael Asklöv helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Bob Leerbels left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajax Poland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
