Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Stat Veritas FC from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Christian Vieri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauricio Erramun, 1-0. A hard shot 12 in the game by Christian Vieri from a close distance when the talented Mauricio Erramun managed to make a qualified save. Stat Veritas FC's players were relieved. Green Hell F.C.'s Alonso Aznar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Melchor Qwinton in the 23 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Vieri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mauricio Erramun. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Solomon Okoronkwo's late challenge caught a Green Hell F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Solomon Okoronkwo helped the player get up and apologised. Green Hell F.C.'s Stergios Koutsodimos was substituted for Alberigo Balzani. In the 36th match minute, Stat Veritas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Solomon Okoronkwo to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Erramun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Vieri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaitan Melic couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pipo Benedetto to make the kick off. If Pipo Benedetto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54thth minute of the game Pipo Benedetto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Hell F.C.'s Fernando Prassov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Vieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Mauricio Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Ihintza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stat Veritas FC's Mauricio Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Vieri in the 67th minute of play. Green Hell F.C.'s Fernando Prassov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Green Hell F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute, Christian Vieri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Hell F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Fernando Prassov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Tanio in the 87th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, Green Hell F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stergios Koutsodimos to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Prassov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Tanio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Christian Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Green Hell F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Stat Veritas FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
