Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Georges Collard kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Strand to maneuver through the defense. Åke Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dustin Burton in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Georges Collard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Magnusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrew Baller got free with Lonnie Hurley in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Strand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lonnie Hurley made a huge save. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Key Biscayne FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henning Kempf was slow to take the kick. During this time Finninge Fotboll's players had a chance to rest. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Andrew Baller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finninge Fotboll's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrew Baller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lonnie Hurley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Liljeström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrew Baller struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Lonnie Hurley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finninge Fotboll. Andrew Baller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lonnie Hurley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Andrew Baller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lonnie Hurley was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jonathan Strand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finninge Fotboll's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Strand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lonnie Hurley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Key Biscayne FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henning Kempf was slow to take the kick. During this time Finninge Fotboll's players had a chance to rest. Finninge Fotboll's Henning Kempf was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lonnie Hurley in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Andrew Baller made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Key Biscayne FC's zone, Andrew Baller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lonnie Hurley came out of the goal and Andrew Baller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Richard Liljeström notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Key Biscayne FC's Lonnie Hurley. Lonnie Hurley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Strand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Lonnie Hurley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Finninge Fotboll getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Andrew Baller hit a great ball. Lonnie Hurley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Baller in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Dustin Burton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Key Biscayne FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dustin Burton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Key Biscayne FC! Key Biscayne FC:s Lonnie Hurley showed great skill when he stopped Henning Kempf:s penalty. After 76 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by George Costanza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrew Baller in the 78th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Lonnie Hurley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ali Hogue managed to get in a good position for a shot. Key Biscayne FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Hogue was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrew Baller took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lonnie Hurley. Lonnie Hurley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 90th minute, Key Biscayne FC's George Costanza seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed George Costanza the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Key Biscayne FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and George Costanza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lonnie Hurley went to the wrong direction when Henning Kempf was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Andrew Baller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Finninge Fotboll fully deserved thier win.
