With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Ponc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Villa Mitre City's Carlos Oxarra was substituted for Flavio Lauro. In the 20th minute of the game Herminio Casomiro made a throw-in which Feliciano Fernendo played forward. Sebastian Biörling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Ponc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Villa Mitre City got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Casomiro. Ariel Ponc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björk in the 58th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ariel Ponc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Åsbro Flåsegutter made a substitution. Rickard Vallander replaced Bertil Strandberg. Örjan Björk struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ariel Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsbro Flåsegutter. In the 70th minute, Örjan Björk made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Ponc. Villa Mitre City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After 74 played minutes Åsbro Flåsegutter got a freekick which was hit by Örjan Björk. Åsbro Flåsegutter's attentive Stig Bäckman managed to snatch the ball when Mario Sein made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Long Yuan Di hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Örjan Björk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ariel Ponc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute Örjan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Ponc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
