Joélson Amaral went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Basílio Baiano drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper. Marcel Mallinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Mallinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joélson Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Alfonsi in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match FV Wienerwald got a corner. Werneck FC - DMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralf Szüczs ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rudolf Reichert almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Werneck FC - DMZ's Felix Donciu did a great save. Felix Donciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Szüczs in the 35th minute of the match. Rudolf Reichert hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to FV Wienerwald getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Anfilogino Alfonsi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Machado got free with Marcel Mallinger in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Werneck FC - DMZ's zone, Ralf Szüczs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Donciu came out of the goal and Ralf Szüczs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Marcel Mallinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes FV Wienerwald got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Fleszar. Werneck FC - DMZ's Alessandro Martinez was substituted for Basílio Baiano. Ziemowit Fleszar hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Emilio Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Mallinger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Szüczs in the 63rd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Werneck FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Szüczs came free, but Felix Donciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Werneck FC - DMZ's Sebastian Kiszkiel was substituted for Luís Coutinho. Per Nienhaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Felix Donciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Donciu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FV Wienerwald's Per Nienhaus shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 90th minute, FV Wienerwald's Per Nienhaus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. If Steffen Eisenheld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over FV Wienerwald could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Werneck FC - DMZ throughout the match.
