Werneck FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Alejo Lehior scored to the left of an out of position Felix Donciu, making the score, 1-0. Robustiano Cordareo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Machado's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The Werneck FC - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Werneck FC - DMZ's Emilio Machado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Emilio Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Cordareo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Marius Sagen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Werneck FC - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Werneck FC - DMZ's Emilio Machado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Werneck FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Murillo Fontes hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, Forros Fantásticos AC's Octavio Pabla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felix Donciu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Forros Fantásticos AC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Machado in the 45th minute of play forced Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Robustiano Cordareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Forros Fantásticos AC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Machado came free, but Robustiano Cordareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejo Lehior was the one to do the kick off. If Alejo Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Lehior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Felix Donciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Werneck FC - DMZ's Alessandro Martinez was substituted for Basílio Baiano. Forros Fantásticos AC's Octavio Marcones was substituted for Alejo Lehior. Marius Sagen hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Robustiano Cordareo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alessandro Martinez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Marcones in the 72nd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Machado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Robustiano Cordareo firmly grabbed it by the left post. 76 minutes into the match, Werneck FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Sidro came free, but Felix Donciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Machado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Robustiano Cordareo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Sidro in the 82nd minute of play. Werneck FC - DMZ's Elias Bastos was substituted for Fu Ting Nan. Forros Fantásticos AC's Egoitz Binet was substituted for Octavio Pabla. After having played for 88 minutes, Emilio Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Werneck FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Forros Fantásticos AC's Robustiano Cordareo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Forros Fantásticos AC from getting a goal against them. The Forros Fantásticos AC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Werneck FC - DMZ to win.
