Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Denílson Tepedino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes of play, Tabachana F.C.'s Thodoris Tassoulis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edvin van der Saar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Rafe hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute of the match, Denílson Tepedino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edvin van der Saar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Denílson Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin van der Saar having to make a save. Denílson Tepedino came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edvin van der Saar could save by the left post. In the 20th minute, Thodoris Tassoulis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tabachana F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tabachana F.C. were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christian Cinque took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Denílson Tepedino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet as Tabachana F.C.'s Thodoris Tassoulis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edvin van der Saar. That made the score 3-0 after 31 minutes of play. Edvin van der Saar made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Nikos Papaggelakis sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denílson Tepedino in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin van der Saar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wieslaw Zakrzewski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dante Rafe made a kick off. Edvin van der Saar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thodoris Tassoulis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvin van der Saar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Papaggelakis in the 60th minute of play forced GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goalkeeper Edvin van der Saar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Nikos Papaggelakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvin van der Saar. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikos Papaggelakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Tabachana F.C. made a substitution. Erling Lewandowski replaced Thodoris Tassoulis. Denílson Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin van der Saar having to make a save. A sloppy throw-in by Pantelis Christopoulos in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Mariusz Wasikowski. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Edvin van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 68th minute of play. After 72 minutes, Denílson Tepedino made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Edvin van der Saar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edvin van der Saar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Denílson Tepedino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin van der Saar was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Edvin van der Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Lewandowski came free, but Edvin van der Saar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erling Lewandowski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin van der Saar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Tabachana F.C. were the better team. Tabachana F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
