Claudinho Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marco Assendelft struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Keszi Athletic's Claudinho Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Assendelft in the 31st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Sören Klack got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Claudinho Taffarel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Keszi Athletic's Gábor Hellinger managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Namık Tümer in the 36 minute of the game. Claudinho Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Assendelft in the 38th minute of play. - HULKAS -'s Marco Assendelft got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Marco Assendelft got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Keszi Athletic's István Gyurkovics was substituted for Vaios Vourtzoumis. Keszi Athletic's Kornél Kerekes was substituted for Anton Kutnjak. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keszi Athletic's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Franco's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Ke Qi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugó Révész in the 88th minute of play. Keszi Athletic's Isac Vale managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Namık Tümer in the 89 minute of the game. Keszi Athletic's Claudinho Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuz Cetin in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. - HULKAS - had won after a very even match.
