That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Kajar Püss took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zézinho Simões. Zézinho Simões dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 11 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Kajar Püss came free, but Zézinho Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Grimório's Kajar Püss in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MarquinhosEC's goalie prevented a goal. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro do Valle in the 22nd minute of play. Zézinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajar Püss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alo Ülipikk in the 26th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grimório's Wawrzyniec Niedziela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curt Montes in the 31st minute of play. MarquinhosEC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florin Susara in the 32nd minute. Michael Meertens's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Inácio Freitas sent off a good shot on target. After 41 minutes of play, MarquinhosEC's Michael Meertens made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wawrzyniec Niedziela was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute Alessandro do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajar Püss in the 46th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 52nd minute, Florin Susara made a precise shot to the right of Wawrzyniec Niedziela. Grimório's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Wawrzyniec Niedziela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Inácio Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Susara came free, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro do Valle in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Niedziela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zézinho Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alo Ülipikk in the 70th minute of play. Zézinho Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alo Ülipikk, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Grimório made a substitution. Jack Walroth replaced Alo Ülipikk. A collision led to Grimório getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Konrad Värnik hit a great ball. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Guimarães in the 75th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Guimarães in the 77th minute of the match. Zézinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Walroth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro do Valle in the 81st minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zézinho Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MarquinhosEC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grimório had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
