Manfred Fribäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 13th minute of play. Manfred Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 13th minute of the match. Manfred Fribäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radamel-Falcao García went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Lando Lavet in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Norrlands Athen's Du Le Jun. John Källberg struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Lucas Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrlands Athen. Radamel-Falcao García might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manfred Fribäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 65 played minutes Norrlands Athen got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Trulsson. After having played for 66 minutes, Vehdi Akçakoca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 76th minute Pepillo Servin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Olivier Ancel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manfred Fribäck was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Manfred Fribäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepillo Servin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
