An unexpectedly hard shot by Huang Zhen Bo in the 27th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Sebastian Veron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Modesto Olentzaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Janiczek in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Bernard Janiczek notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro. Modesto Olentzaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Zhen Bo came free, but Bonifacio Baumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Bernard Janiczek made a precise shot to the right of Modesto Olentzaro. El Retorno de Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. With a little luck, El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro got control of the ball when Bernard Janiczek tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The supporters of Enhebrator FC booed when El Retorno de Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mitt Back's late challenge caught a El Retorno de Palermo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mitt Back helped the player get up and apologised. Mitt Back hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Aldo Fernanco came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the El Retorno de Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Fernanco couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Salvador Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Salvador Procopio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Modesto Olentzaro. El Retorno de Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Procopio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Enhebrator FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
