The Kings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Raido Pulver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mădălin Lunca. Raureni Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raido Pulver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Raido Pulver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Andrei Cozaru threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kings's Costică Coadã quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mădălin Lunca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raido Pulver in the 13th minute of the match. Raido Pulver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mădălin Lunca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Andrei Cozaru made in the 19th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ionel Cârneci however managed to control. When Raido Pulver came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Kings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raido Pulver couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Kings booed when Raureni Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Cozaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raido Pulver in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mădălin Lunca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raido Pulver in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mădălin Lunca saved Raureni Academy from getting behind. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raido Pulver in the 30th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raido Pulver in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mădălin Lunca saved Raureni Academy from getting behind. The Kings fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Kings's Raido Pulver looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Raureni Academy booed when Kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Mateus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Pavel Alexandru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haşim Batüralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Kings made a substitution. Luís Figo replaced Rocco Ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raido Pulver stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raureni Academy's Mădălin Lunca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Raureni Academy from getting a goal against them. Raido Pulver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mădălin Lunca having to make a save. Raido Pulvers short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Mădălin Lunca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Raido Pulver took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mădălin Lunca. Mădălin Lunca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Mugurel Bleoancă made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kings's Cosme Mateus. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkon Bjernemose got free with Mădălin Lunca in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Mugurel Bleoancă in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kings's Cosme Mateus. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mugurel Bleoancă during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Mugurel Bleoancă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorino Marko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mădălin Lunca having to make a save. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raido Pulver in the 92nd minute of play. In the 92nd play minute Raido Pulver came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mădălin Lunca. 0-9. Kings's Raido Pulver got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Kings could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Raureni Academy throughout the match.
