In the 20th minute of the match, Robustiano Quintin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcin Bartelak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Erling Håland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wel Lidzbark's Marcin Bartelak became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-0. Marcin Bartelak was a little too slow when Erling Håland got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Erling Håland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcin Bartelak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Erling Håland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dacian Bejenaru to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Erling Håland notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Wel Lidzbark's Marcin Bartelak. Marcin Bartelak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
