Bonifacio Naldo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Dal 3ello's Leopoldo Loureiro. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Izak Lamonica kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Jeronimo Birila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Calamar Saavedra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Hernando got free with Igor Taffarel in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izak Lamonica in the 36th minute of play forced Atletico Calamar Saavedra's goalkeeper Bonifacio Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Loureiro scored 1-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bonifacio Naldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Paulo Quintan got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Atletico Calamar Saavedra players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dal 3ello were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davi Dal Bello was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Bonifacio Naldo got control of the ball when Davi Dal Bello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Bonifacio Naldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Calamar Saavedra from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute Fabio Hernando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
