The Dragon Hunter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Dragon Hunter's Gerardo Oalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Montrell in the 7th minute of play. Dragon Hunter's Cristian Emeterio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lucho Garkalin, made in the 10th minute of the game. Lucho Garkalin made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rodolfo Cordero however managed to control. 18 minutes into the match, Charly Tevez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Anton Björnberg. Anton Björnberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21stth minute of the game Charly Tevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Anton Björnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st match minute, Dragon Hunter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Morrison in the 25th minute of play forced Dragon Hunter's goalkeeper Gerardo Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Oalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Morrison in the 29th minute of the match. Gerardo Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Dragon Hunter's goalkeeper Gerardo Oalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Morrison. When Florencio Montrell came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Naboonga Wild Katt FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Montrell couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Cordero hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charly Tevez in the 44th minute of play forced Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goalkeeper Anton Björnberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charly Tevez took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anton Björnberg. Anton Björnberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Tevez was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Jim Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Björnberg made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Charly Tevez sent off a good shot on target. Carolo Nuxila hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Dragon Hunter made a substitution. Baldomiro Valentine replaced Melquiades Urre. 65 minutes into the game, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Florencio Montrell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerardo Oalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Jim Morrison kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Manuel Silban was substituted for Quentin Francis. In the 69th minute, Jim Morrison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jim Morrison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Dragon Hunter defense, Manuel Silban kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Oalo. The Dragon Hunter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Oalo should have stopped the shot. Dragon Hunter were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Naboonga Wild Katt FC's much stronger midfield.
