The crowd rose to their feet as Mamutes EC's Dave Panno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Sbârcea. That made the score 2-0 after 8 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Valleslona F.C.'s zone, Dave Panno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Sbârcea came out of the goal and Dave Panno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mamutes EC's Magno Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Viana in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Valleslona F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Rocha came free, but Daniel Sbârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Sbârcea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dave Panno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. Mamutes EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 武岩然 in the 31st minute. Mamutes EC's Magno Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Kang in the 36th minute of play. Amadeu Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Sbârcea having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Dave Panno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamutes EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Panno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Valleslona F.C.'s Zoilo Viejo got a free kick in the 45th minute.

Valleslona F.C.'s Adrià Martínez was substituted for Txomin Mayol. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dave Panno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Magno Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Antonio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Sbârcea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Panno's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Amadeu Rocha made a great header on Mamutes EC's corner, it was just that Valleslona F.C.'s Daniel Sbârcea managed to reach the ball for a save. Frans Overdiep hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Dave Panno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Sbârcea having to interfere. Daniel Sbârcea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Peng Zhou in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th minute Anderson Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Amadeu Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mamutes EC's Dito das Neves was substituted for Joélson Leme. Mamutes EC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
