The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Dre Toeback came free, but Ovidiu Adrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 3 minutes into the match, Dre Toeback notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian. Ovidiu Adrian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiger De Hond in the 13th minute of play forced North Hill United's goalkeeper Joos Teurfs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Adrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremie Reijniers in the 15th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Adib Ovi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Hill United's Joos Teurfs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joos Teurfs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Primeiro in the 18th minute of the match. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kęstutis Survila in the 19th minute of play. Ovidiu Adrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Tan in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Çağdaş Yuvakuran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joos Teurfs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Primeiro in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joos Teurfs saved North Hill United from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Jeremie Reijniers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidiu Adrian. Poli Timisoara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremie Reijniers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremie Reijniers. Jeremie Reijniers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ovidiu Adrian made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as North Hill United's Kęstutis Survila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidiu Adrian. That made the score 3-0 after 34 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Primeiro in the 36th minute of play forced North Hill United's goalkeeper Joos Teurfs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Poli Timisoara's Mauro Primeiro in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Hill United's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Primeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joos Teurfs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by North Hill United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Horst-Peter Unterberger was slow to take the kick. During this time Poli Timisoara's players had a chance to rest. After 46 played minutes North Hill United got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Tan. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Primeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Ovidiu Adrian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremie Reijniers went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Alexander Tan took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Adrian. Ovidiu Adrian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Tan came free, but Ovidiu Adrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Primeiro in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joos Teurfs, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mauro Primeiro had several of the North Hill United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-1 score and a disappointed Joos Teurfs as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of North Hill United booed when Poli Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sascha Kulovitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Alexander Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Adrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidiu Adrian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Joos Teurfs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Primeiro in the 80th minute of the match. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers in the 81st minute of play. Çağdaş Yuvakuran struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Joos Teurfs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poli Timisoara. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Tan in the 86th minute of play. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Jeremie Reijniers sped through Poli Timisoara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidiu Adrian. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kęstutis Survila in the 89th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Horst-Peter Unterberger made a great header on Poli Timisoara's corner, it was just that North Hill United's Joos Teurfs managed to reach the ball for a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Poli Timisoara players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for North Hill United.
