The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when FC Wypyszek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herberto Ribas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roneixon Siqueira in the 20th minute of play forced FC Wypyszek's goalkeeper Artur Bînciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espigão Steamrollers's Pablo Patrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Espigão Steamrollers from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Miroslaw Hetman got a free kick in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Joks in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Patrone saved Espigão Steamrollers from getting behind. Damazy Joks recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roneixon Siqueira took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Bînciu. Artur Bînciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With an all-out effort, FC Wypyszek's Pablo Patrone threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hektor Fitrakis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Leroy Sane got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Espigão Steamrollers made a substitution. Manuel Faria replaced Gabriel Sara. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roneixon Siqueira made a kick off.
