A sloppy throw-in by Ye Gang Cheng in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Project Nemesis's Cyryl Smolarek. 43 minutes into the game, Ye Gang Cheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. Project Nemesis's Cyryl Smolarek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tio Lio in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Parker saved Project Nemesis from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 51st minute Tony Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Parker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Acosta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremy Nicholas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Project Nemesis's Transito Betonowy was substituted for Luciano Acosta. After 78 minutes of play, Project Nemesis's Transito Betonowy made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremy Nicholas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bayram Mutluay kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
