The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christer Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Uyaralp in the 6th minute of the match. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Bladi in the 10th minute of play. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Bladi went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute Luis Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's Luis Bladi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tuncay Baba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Christer Olsson made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Hilmi Uyaralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Luis Bladi made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Luis Bladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Bladi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 36 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's Luis Bladi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bladi in the 38th minute of play forced Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goalkeeper Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Annedal FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute of the match Annedal FC got a corner. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luis Bladi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Annedal FC's Luis Bladi to fire away a dangerous shot which Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Luis Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

With a little luck, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy got control of the ball when Luis Bladi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goalkeeper Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Bladi. Christer Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuncay Baba in the 57th minute of play. Güneş Süleyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christer Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Annedal FC's Luis Bladi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. That made the score 0-6 after 84 minutes of play. In the 91st minute, Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christer Olsson had in the 100thth minute some difficulties stopping Tuncay Baba's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
