Arí Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Edgardo Rondanelli made a huge save. In the 13th minute Marcelino Fritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Rondanelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Henning, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Talcampeón FC defense, Torsten Henning kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Rondanelli. The Talcampeón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Rondanelli should have stopped the shot. After having played for 22 minutes, Torsten Henning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LauerArmy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Henning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torsten Henning could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Edgardo Rondanelli made a huge save. Dida Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Vidma, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 40 minutes LauerArmy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Javiero Charme who took care of the corner kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Arí Pereira made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Torsten Henning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Rondanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Rondanelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute Arí Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Rondanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lolo Acharan came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yani Shtonov didn't get a good kick on the ball. LauerArmy made a substitution. Franklin Alvarenga replaced Felippe Palmeira. Yani Shtonov hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Dida Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lolo Acharan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Rondanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Henning in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Fritz came free, but Dida Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lolo Acharan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Dida Nascimento made a huge save. LauerArmy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lolo Acharan 81 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's William Kock got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Henning in the 88th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Sergi Hoevel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talcampeón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LauerArmy the free kick. LauerArmy's Percival de Souza was substituted for Arí Pereira. In a very dangerous position, a player in Talcampeón FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Edgardo Rondanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LauerArmy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
