When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fortunato Pazienza sped through AIK FOTBOLL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Oskar Andreasson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Pazienza in the 15th minute of play forced AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Aragorn's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Castel came free, but Andrés Casado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Aragorn's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Haeger came free, but Andrés Casado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Oskar Andreasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fedele Moretti went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. AIK FOTBOLL's Sven-Oskar Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Pazienza in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesare De Vecchis to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, AIK FOTBOLL's Sven-Oskar Andreasson got control of the ball when Fedele Moretti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ovidio Cuarto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Oskar Andreasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Fortunato Pazienza hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

AIK FOTBOLL's Manfred Blomkvist was substituted for Victor Valenzuela. AIK FOTBOLL's Pål Hammarström was substituted for Fredrik Axelsson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fortunato Pazienza to make the kick off. AIK FOTBOLL were furious when Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, AIK FOTBOLL's Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Pazienza in the 56th minute of play forced AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Topo Lino kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Thamthada Zamanopoulos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andrés Casado. Aragorn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sven-Oskar Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Pazienza in the 62nd minute of play. Sven-Oskar Andreasson came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Aragorn's Fedele Moretti. But to his dismay, Fedele Moretti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The audience was convinced that Fedele Moretti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Oskar Andreasson was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Cuarto in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Oskar Andreasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Fortunato Pazienza put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sven-Oskar Andreasson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Cuarto in the 76th minute of play forced AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Cuarto scored 6-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Oskar Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Topo Lino scored 7-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Oskar Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sven-Oskar Andreasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1.
