Aldas Galkus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Napoleon Dziedelonis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis got control of the ball when Arūnas Pukelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 48th match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Altúnov to maneuver through the defense. In the 50th minute of the match FK Mintis Vilnius got a corner. Zuberbühler FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aldas Galkus ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Jonathan Iruinea replaced Marciano Min. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Danilevičius to make the kick off. Napoleon Dziedelonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Danilevičius in the 57th minute of the match. Napoleon Dziedelonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arūnas Pukelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 76 minutes of play, Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliver Can was left in no man's land by his defense there! FK Mintis Vilnius's Sigitas Jakubauskas was substituted for Grant Pustak. FK Mintis Vilnius's Oliver Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Baumer in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Saul Baumer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Can. FK Mintis Vilnius's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Baumer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Napoleon Dziedelonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubertas Dabkevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute Aldas Galkus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Tomas Danilevičius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Napoleon Dziedelonis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 93 minutes into the match, Arūnas Pukelis notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis. Napoleon Dziedelonis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 98 minutes into the game, Hubertas Dabkevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Napoleon Dziedelonis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zuberbühler FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
