Witalis Jaraczeski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Kajetan Daszkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☢℗a®Ⅰs ＄₳i₦t-₲€®₥₳i₦☣'s supporters rose to their feet, but Kajetan Daszkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serginho Botelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeusz Raschke got free with Serginho Botelho in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernard Wielgopolski in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serginho Botelho saved FC St. Pauli from getting behind. Wladyslaw Jaks got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bernard Wielgopolski. 34 minutes into the match, FC St. Pauli's goalkeeper Serginho Botelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeusz Raschke. Serginho Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Wielgopolski in the 36th minute of play. If Bernard Wielgopolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, ☢℗a®Ⅰs ＄₳i₦t-₲€®₥₳i₦☣'s goal looked a bit too open when Pranas Užkuraitis came free, but Witalis Jaraczeski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ☢℗a®Ⅰs ＄₳i₦t-₲€®₥₳i₦☣ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC St. Pauli were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pranas Užkuraitis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dong Si Li hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pranas Užkuraitis got free with Witalis Jaraczeski in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, FC St. Pauli's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Daszkowski came free, but Serginho Botelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pranas Užkuraitis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witalis Jaraczeski was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Witalis Jaraczeski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pranas Užkuraitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC St. Pauli's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wen Ke in the 91st minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC St. Pauli had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
