Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) C.A.Esparta's Sven-Hendrik Ohmer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Isaac Andrews hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Baia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sven-Hendrik Ohmer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Evelio Salvadore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Conceicão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Sven-Hendrik Ohmer managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Esparta's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Hendrik Ohmer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Baia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Conceicão in the 24th minute of play forced C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper Evelio Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes of play, Alexandrie CF's Eduardo Cossa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Salvadore was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Eduardo Cossa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Baia saved Alexandrie CF from getting behind. Vítor Baia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Hendrik Ohmer's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Hendrik Ohmer got free with Vítor Baia in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Conceicão made a kick off. When C.A.Esparta's Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alexandrie CF's goalie prevented a goal. 55 minutes into the match, C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper Evelio Salvadore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Cossa. Evelio Salvadore made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Eduardo Cossa sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute, Francisco Conceicão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior was substituted for Sven-Hendrik Ohmer. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Conceicão in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evelio Salvadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexandrie CF's Silvestre Perrando was substituted for Sérgio Oliveira. Silvestre Perrando made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ruslan Tikhonov however managed to control. In the 76th minute, Oswaldo Junior left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Esparta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 80 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Junior came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Alexandrie CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Perrando to maneuver through the defense. Alexandrie CF's André Franco was substituted for Francisco Conceicão. In the 83rd minute, Silvestre Perrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Baia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Junior in the 84th minute of play. Eduardo Cossa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Evelio Salvadore made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Junior came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alexandrie CF's goalie prevented a goal. Evelio Salvadore came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandrie CF's André Franco. But to his dismay, André Franco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Alexandrie CF's Mateus Uribe was substituted for Eduardo Cossa. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Alexandrie CF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
