Isaias Matas might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over De-la-Cruz de Alcântara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Matas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute, Olavarria FC's Catalino Rivarola dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Moreno in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s De-la-Cruz de Alcântara got control of the ball when Isaias Matas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to BARBARIDADE G.M. getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Carlos Gamarra hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Isaias Matas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Carlos Gamarra got a free kick in the 26th minute. Isaias Matas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Matas came free, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Hedin in the 35th minute of the match. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaias Matas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. After 40 played minutes BARBARIDADE G.M. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Gamarra. Isaias Matas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a huge save. After having played for 45 minutes, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olavarria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Matas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Isaias Matas took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for De-la-Cruz de Alcântara to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaias Matas was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Delfim Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olavarria FC the free kick. Delfim Vargas hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Matas came free, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in BARBARIDADE G.M.'s zone, Arnauld Tombuer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara came out of the goal and Arnauld Tombuer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnauld Tombuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnauld Tombuer in the 86th minute of play. Catalino Rivarola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Arnauld Tombuer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Olavarria FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
