Leonard Olejasz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonard Olejasz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leopoldo Liberto took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Olejasz. Leonard Olejasz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Albert Boutabout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 19th minute of play. Leonard Olejasz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Liberto went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Dalmacio Onbera put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Leonard Olejasz. Albert Boutabout came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Janusz Lamczyk. But to his dismay, Janusz Lamczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 33rd minute, Leopoldo Liberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boulogne del Ciclón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Liberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Olejasz was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. If Leopoldo Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonard Olejasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Liberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Liberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Olejasz was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Boulogne del Ciclón's goalkeeper Albert Boutabout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Janusz Lamczyk. Dalmacio Onbera struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Leonard Olejasz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boulogne del Ciclón. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jefferson Farfán was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Boulogne del Ciclón's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Farfán came free, but Albert Boutabout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Liberto in the 62nd minute of play forced MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Leonard Olejasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Liberto came free, but Leonard Olejasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Olejasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Monte in the 76th minute of the match. Boulogne del Ciclón's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
