Dalmo Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Peysson in the 4th minute of the match. Green Madness's Marcelino Flor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Guerra in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Peysson in the 9th minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Dalmo Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Guerra in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute Ruy de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Marcus Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Madness's Marcelino Flor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Green Madness's Bogdan Gomolka managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Valdir Miranda in the 22 minute of the game. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha got control of the ball when John-Paul Marquant tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelino Flor came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Jerome Rohrer. But to his dismay, Jerome Rohrer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 32 played minutes Green Madness got a freekick which was hit by Luka Baudoin. Marcelino Flor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horia Voitiş in the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Green Madness getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Bogdan Gomolka hit a great ball. John-Paul Marquant scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmo Saldanha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Marcus Paes hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Paul Marquant in the 51st minute of play. Green Madness's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by La Škarpa in the 53rd minute. A nice corner shot did that La Škarpa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dalmo Saldanha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. John-Paul Marquant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmo Saldanha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jovens Democratas MZC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. La Škarpa was slow to take the kick. During this time Green Madness's players had a chance to rest. When John-Paul Marquant came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Green Madness fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John-Paul Marquant couldn't finish the play. Jovens Democratas MZC's Laerte Bittencourt was substituted for Valdir Miranda. Jovens Democratas MZC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horia Voitiş in the 72nd minute. Marcelino Flor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Lenzi in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Peysson in the 76th minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Dalmo Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maël Colombet, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Marcelino Flor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Lenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Étienne Cubizolles came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Green Madness booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmo Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ren Feng in the 86th minute of the match. Green Madness were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Jovens Democratas MZC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. La Škarpa took the corner. In the 89th minute Vítor Lenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Green Madness's Marcelino Flor got control of the ball when Dobromir Zagrodny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ren Feng to maneuver through the defense. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maël Colombet in the 94th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
