In the 5th minute Rogério Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radamel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilixo Abeita hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes, Fauna Utd's Dante Huts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aydemir Çelikel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fauna Utd reached it. Pieterjan Anteunis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 12th minute Yuri Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydemir Çelikel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute of the match Fauna Utd got a corner. CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 董文鹰 ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Pieterjan Anteunis heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Piotr Soroka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sertaç Öğün fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's protests and gave Sertaç Öğün a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the CiZRe BoTaNSPoR defense, Teodoro Esquipula kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aydemir Çelikel. The CiZRe BoTaNSPoR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aydemir Çelikel should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Esquipula struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Aydemir Çelikel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fauna Utd. Piotr Soroka hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Yuri Portugal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Yuri Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydemir Çelikel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aydemir Çelikel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pieterjan Anteunis in the 41st minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emirşah Açıkel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karel Cromefeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aydemir Çelikel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. Radamel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Soroka in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Portugal in the 55th minute of play forced CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's goalkeeper Aydemir Çelikel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the CiZRe BoTaNSPoR defense, Yuri Portugal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aydemir Çelikel. The CiZRe BoTaNSPoR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aydemir Çelikel should have stopped the shot. Pieterjan Anteunis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aydemir Çelikel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Cunha in the 71st minute of play forced Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Radamel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Yuri Portugal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Aydemir Çelikel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Portugal came free, but Aydemir Çelikel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Soroka hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fauna Utd booed when CiZRe BoTaNSPoR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Soroka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Fauna Utd's Unai Sócrates made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aydemir Çelikel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88thth minute of the game Unai Sócrates who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's Aydemir Çelikel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of CiZRe BoTaNSPoR booed when Fauna Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charl Toeback didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Fauna Utd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
