ADM Taquaras's Wágner Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog was substituted for Wágner Leme. 44 minutes into the match, CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Aydemir Çelikel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Bierhoff was the one to do the kick off. Aydemir Çelikel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aydemir Çelikel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 54th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydemir Çelikel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Áron Bódog who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CiZRe BoTaNSPoR's Aydemir Çelikel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Áron Bódog cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Aydemir Çelikel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that ADM Taquaras were the better team. ADM Taquaras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
