Gold Army 1923's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Mendes in the 3rd minute of play. Joaquin Ledesma kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Edmundo Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Mendes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Schmeichel was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. In the 14th minute of the match Los Playmobil FC got a corner. Gold Army 1923's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Los Playmobil FC's Matías Patrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Los Playmobil FC from getting a goal against them. Edmundo Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Peter Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cipriano Lauren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Schmeichel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Matías Patrone came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Gold Army 1923's Gaudencio Orlondon. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Orlondon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 30th minute, Edmundo Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Peter Schmeichel. Gold Army 1923's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Gold Army 1923's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Mendes came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Gold Army 1923 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Barros to maneuver through the defense. Peter Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edmundo Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peter Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Mendes in the 42nd minute of play. Los Playmobil FC's Matías Patrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Los Playmobil FC from getting a goal against them. After 48 minutes of play, Los Playmobil FC's Cipriano Lauren made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Schmeichel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Edmundo Mendes made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Los Playmobil FC booed when Gold Army 1923 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. 郑辰适 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Los Playmobil FC's corner Aureliano Heriberto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Peter Schmeichel quite easily take care of the ball. Baltasar Lallas short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Peter Schmeichel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Playmobil FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
