The crowd rose to their feet as Murilo Lucas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thibaut Ogazón Nava. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Thibaut Ogazón Nava showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 54th minute of the match. Oskar Beckström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Haegg in the 55th minute.
