Pål Sefastsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Skondras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Christos Perivolakis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Christos Perivolakis was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Alex Broberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alex Broberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in MICE F.C.'s zone, Zachary Pliszka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Perivolakis came out of the goal and Zachary Pliszka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Zachary Pliszka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christos Perivolakis. MICE F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zachary Pliszka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
