In the 4thth minute of the game Davi Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Nicolas Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tony Vanbuyten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fathoni Baso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Almir Dante in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portus Ganda's Mike Hoeybroeck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Sanches in the 8th minute of play forced ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's goalkeeper Nicolas Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fathoni Baso got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dominic Kindt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Britto having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davi Sanches in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Britto saved ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ from getting behind. In the 15th match minute, Portus Ganda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jüri Djorkaeff to maneuver through the defense. Portus Ganda's Tony Vanbuyten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fathoni Baso in the 17th minute of play. Fathoni Baso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute Fathoni Baso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Vanbuyten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Nicolas Britto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davi Sanches to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fathoni Baso in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Vanbuyten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armando Petrosino in the 56th minute. The corner led to ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Carlo Bussi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Portus Ganda made a substitution. Joonatan Van Landewijck replaced Dominic Kindt. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Tony Vanbuyten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute Joonatan Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Britto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Elivélton Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tony Vanbuyten was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 87 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Cody Miles came free, but Tony Vanbuyten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
