A well-hit corner resulted in Patrik Blanck heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 39th minute, Siro Benvido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fusk&Bygg AB's Paul Tolsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Fusk&Bygg AB from getting a goal against them. Nils-Erik Källberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Sundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Bogdan Utretskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Fusk&Bygg AB booed when Gnaget United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludvig Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gnaget United FC's Ukko Pihkala managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rudy Lewis in the 52 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Utretskiy in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Tolsson saved Fusk&Bygg AB from getting behind. Fritz Kleen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils-Erik Källberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Nils-Erik Källberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jan Sigfridsson made a great header on Fusk&Bygg AB's corner, it was just that Gnaget United FC's Nils-Erik Källberg managed to reach the ball for a save.
