In the 9th minute Adriano Croti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Näver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Bajenland's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Gregersson came free, but Emil Hägg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kent Näver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Croti in the 12th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Peder Alström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Hägg. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Inge Boll had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kent Näver. INIXET BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inge Boll was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Kent Näver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Lindsten in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Peder Alström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emil Hägg. Peder Alström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Kent Näver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Croti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Kjell-Arne Fredriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Lindsten's late challenge caught a INIXET BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Lindsten helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of INIXET BK booed when Bajenland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Lindsten didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Lindsten in the 48th minute of play forced INIXET BK's goalkeeper Kent Näver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, INIXET BK's goalkeeper Kent Näver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Croti. Emil Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Juhlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jonathan Lindsten took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kent Näver. Kent Näver dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Emil Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Gregersson in the 62nd minute of the match. Jonathan Lindsten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Kent Näver made a huge save. Kjell-Arne Fredriksson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Bajenland's Emil Hägg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Gregersson in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riki Čapo got free with Kent Näver in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kent Näver made an important save on a dangerous shot by Riki Čapo in the 75th minute. If Sören Gregersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kent Näver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Sandberg in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, INIXET BK's Kent Näver got control of the ball when Gottfrid Sandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Gregersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Emil Hägg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Riki Čapo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Kent Näver when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 87th minute Sören Gregersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hägg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Tony Lindell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Hägg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Björn Pihlgren went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The INIXET BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bajenland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
