The tension between the Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ and the Roceira SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roceira SC's Nilmar Trigo was substituted for Valdo das Neves. In the 9th match minute, Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Anıl Nusrettin to maneuver through the defense. The corner led Roceira SC's Hulk Speed to fire away a dangerous shot which Paulo Renato Damião despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 38th minute of the match Roceira SC got a corner. Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jardel Cabezon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's Douglas Falcão shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcell Barovero but with some difficulty. Marcell Barovero acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 88th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gugu Guimarães. Jardel Cabezon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcell Barovero came out and tried to block the shot, but Jardel Cabezon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 90th minute. The supporters of Roceira SC booed when Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Aalders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Renato Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 94th minute of the match. The Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
