Andırın SK's Farid Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Kolba in the 4th minute of play. Farid Mondragon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korkutalp Bektaş in the 7th minute. Batıkan Muhsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 10th minute of play. Andırın SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Naci Tansu in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute Barnaba Kolba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Kolba, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Barnaba Kolba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Korkutalp Bektaş got free with Farid Mondragon in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Andırın SK's Farid Mondragon got control of the ball when Barnaba Kolba tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Andırın SK's Olaf Jarosz in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barnaba Kolba got free with Farid Mondragon in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Batıkan Muhsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Jarosz in the 42nd minute of play.

Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Ali Erdem Özsungur was substituted for Napoleon Podolski. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olaf Jarosz to make the kick off. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Kolba, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Farid Mondragon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barnaba Kolba's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 71 minutes into the match, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Türkeş Akşit. 72 minutes into the match, Andırın SK's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Kolba came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match, Olaf Jarosz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Batıkan Muhsin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Batıkan Muhsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Olaf Jarosz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batıkan Muhsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batıkan Muhsin came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit. But to his dismay, Türkeş Akşit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC made a substitution. Algitas Jokubaitis replaced Ali Erdem Özsungur. Batıhan Saik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Batıkan Muhsin made a huge save.
