Neal Messer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 33rd playminute. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenny Larham in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute Lenny Larham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Ian Little played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neal Messer in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goalkeeper Ian Little, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Ian Little proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Astreix&ObelixSoccer from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jose-Antonio Vazquez was the one to do the kick off. If Nat Firth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Little took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose-Antonio Vazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose-Antonio Vazquez scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Little, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Frenkie Puig was substituted for Sebastian Halliwell. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludovít Reis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Little breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
