Spectators: 46 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) AFK Petržalka's Tomáš Javorčík started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Martin Fossum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as AFK Petržalka's Martin Fossum slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olov Ahlquist. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Aspvik in the 23rd minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Filip Garaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Garaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Aspvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Moreno Torricelli hit a great ball. Filip Garaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Aspvik in the 34th minute of the match. Filip Garaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Aspvik's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Filip Garaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Aspvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Bo Norberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Garaj having to interfere. AFK Petržalka's Filip Garaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Aspvik in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Glentown FC made a substitution. Ralf Fransson replaced Bo Norberg. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Aspvik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ralf Fransson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Filip Garaj made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Martin Fossum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Ahlquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Glentown FC's Olov Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Javorčík in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Tomáš Javorčík ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Ahlquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 65th minute, Jonatan Aspvik made a precise shot to the right of Filip Garaj. AFK Petržalka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. A collision led to Glentown FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jan-Erik Enström hit a great ball. Glentown FC made a substitution. Nils Dalman replaced Otto Stenqvist. Jan-Erik Enström kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Nikola Krstović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Ahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikola Krstović might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olov Ahlquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikola Krstović ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the game, Nikola Krstović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Olov Ahlquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 85 minutes, Jesper Cane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glentown FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Cane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th match minute, AFK Petržalka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moreno Torricelli to maneuver through the defense. Nikola Krstović might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olov Ahlquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikola Krstović ran back to his position shaking his head. Olov Ahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikola Krstović in the 93rd minute of play. Nikola Krstović scored 6-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Ahlquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Glentown FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFK Petržalka.
