In the 3rd minute, Karl Zahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the game, Åsnes's Karl Zahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Biörkquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kenneth Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Buvarp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils Lidström's late challenge caught a Åsnes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Lidström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Bloodthirsty FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Lidström to maneuver through the defense. Kenneth Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Buvarp, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Zahl came free, but Kenneth Biörkquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Åke Finman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Reitan having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Sonny Samuelsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Reitan. Sonny Samuelsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 22 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Endre Svensen. 24 minutes into the match, Jan-Åke Finman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Reitan. Åsnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Åke Finman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. David Reitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Sakarias Ahlroth got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Åsnes's zone, Sonny Samuelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Reitan came out of the goal and Sonny Samuelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenneth Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Alnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Jan-Åke Finman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Reitan. Åsnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Åke Finman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Kenneth Biörkquist made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Karl Zahl sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Kim Alnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sonny Samuelsson came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Bloodthirsty FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sonny Samuelsson couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Zahl got free with Kenneth Biörkquist in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist got control of the ball when Karl Zahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edvin Kullander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Karl Zahl came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Åsnes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl Zahl couldn't finish the play. Bloodthirsty FC made a substitution. Dick Forss replaced Nils Lidström. In the 90th minute, Cato Haglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bloodthirsty FC booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Zahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bloodthirsty FC fully deserved thier win.
