Edgar Dziedelonis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanislaw Walczak went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Edgar Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaw Walczak in the 20th minute of play. Olympique Gdynia's Stanislaw Walczak got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Walczak notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ's Edgar Dziedelonis. Edgar Dziedelonis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Şota Arveladze sped through ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgar Dziedelonis. After having played for 33 minutes, Stanislaw Walczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique Gdynia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanislaw Walczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Walczak came free, but Edgar Dziedelonis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislaw Walczak in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Dziedelonis saved ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislaw Walczak in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Dziedelonis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Olympique Gdynia getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Fabio-Roman Zabaleta hit a great ball. After the first half Olympique Gdynia were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With his leg Edgar Dziedelonis managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Olympique Gdynia's Stanislaw Walczak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stanislaw Walczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Dziedelonis having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Edgar Dziedelonis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 83 minutes into the match, Şota Arveladze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Dziedelonis. ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şota Arveladze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. Edgar Dziedelonis stood somewhat misplaced when Tirso Isasaga came free in front of goal and shot 0-14 to the left of him in the 87 minute. In the 92nd minute, Olympique Gdynia's Tirso Isasaga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgar Dziedelonis. Edgar Dziedelonis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-15. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind ＢＡＢＡ　ＹＡＧＡ's goalkeeper Edgar Dziedelonis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
