Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceferino Odol to make the kick off. Špend Mony made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gaizka Mendieta immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, BYDGOSTIA's Ceferino Odol got a free kick in the 54th minute. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Palzewicz in the 63rd minute of play. Emil Malik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Odol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Vsevolod Rotan looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Zbyszko Leper. Emil Malik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Kowalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
