After 51st play minutes Song Peng Xi shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Eusebio Jago and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernán Crespo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg François-Xavier Dionnet saved Olympique Salonais from getting behind. Eusebio Jago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tang Xi Zhen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 79 minute of play. Olympique Salonais's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Garin in the 84th minute of play. Eusebio Jago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Peng Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Hernán Crespo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zheng Liang Song hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.

The THE PAPAGUACHAS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olympique Salonais were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
