But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robbie Lefevere couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robbie Lefevere in the 36th minute of play forced São Miguel do Oeste.SC's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmar Luix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Cléber Souza made a huge save. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbie Lefevere in the 43rd minute of play. After 45 minutes, Gaudencio Alceda mouthed his way into the referee's book. Khairil Lum took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cléber Souza. Cléber Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
