The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Tigers of Bistritsa's Vitomir Balakov got a free kick in the 5th minute. Stanislav Deribeev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Haglund in the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Haglund in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stanislav Deribeev saved Tigers of Bistritsa from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Ivan Haglund made a precise shot to the right of Stanislav Deribeev. Tigers of Bistritsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 13th match minute, JET-M was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naycho Palyov to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Șerban Chirițescu hit a great ball. Nikifor Vekov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viden Rendakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanislav Deribeev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Haglund in the 30th minute. Asparuh Salapiev hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, JET-M was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Șerban Chirițescu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Julio Quirze hit a great ball. The supporters of JET-M booed when Tigers of Bistritsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitomir Balakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mirolyub Cheshirkov's late challenge caught a JET-M's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mirolyub Cheshirkov helped the player get up and apologised. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viden Rendakov to strike the kick off in the second half. Tigers of Bistritsa's Stanislav Deribeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Haglund in the 51st minute of play. In the 56th minute, Ivan Haglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JET-M fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viden Rendakov got free with Nikifor Vekov in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stanislav Deribeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Su Sang Hao, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Ivan Haglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute Ivan Haglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Deribeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Tigers of Bistritsa's goal looked a bit too open when Su Sang Hao came free, but Stanislav Deribeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Julio Quirze left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JET-M fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Tigers of Bistritsa made a substitution. Kaloyan Kotzev replaced Trendafil Etov. JET-M made a substitution. Peycho Zvezdanov replaced Su Sang Hao. JET-M's Jacek Lenertej was substituted for Ren Xi Liang. In the 76th minute, Julio Quirze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peycho Zvezdanov in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stanislav Deribeev saved Tigers of Bistritsa from getting behind. Mirolyub Cheshirkov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-1 to the left of a surprised Nikifor Vekov 84 minutes into the match. Julio Quirze struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Stanislav Deribeev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JET-M. In the 92nd minute Peycho Zvezdanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Deribeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislav Deribeev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peycho Zvezdanov in the 92nd minute of play. Viden Rendakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
