One of Knights Templar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Thornhill City:s goal. The goalkeeper, Radomir Medarov, was totally fooled by Thornhill City's Miroslav Kulić, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Radomir Medarov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Joaquin Ramírez made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sava Dodov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Atauri in the 14th minute of play forced Thornhill City's goalkeeper Vidosav Joksimović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knights Templar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Radoman Karaičić scored to the left of an out of position Radomir Medarov, making the score, 3-0. Radomir Medarov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Radoman Karaičić showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 24 minute of play. Radomir Medarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoman Karaičić in the 27th minute of play. Aleksandro Nesta kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Radomir Medarov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 5-0. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Radoman Karaičić took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Radomir Medarov to make any attempt to save it. In the 41st minute Violet Petev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidosav Joksimović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute of the game Joaquin Ramírez made a throw-in which Zheko Lenev played forward. After 47 played minutes Knights Templar got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Tecău. Thornhill City's Husein Ognjanović was substituted for Boris Minović. In the 48th minute, Sabin Tecău hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sava Dodov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sava Dodov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Vidosav Joksimović made a huge save. Zhuo Le Kun hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes Knights Templar got a freekick which was hit by Sava Dodov. 60 minutes into the match, Knights Templar's goal looked a bit too open when Zhuo Le Kun came free, but Radomir Medarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match Thornhill City got a corner. Knights Templar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miroslav Kulić ran over to the corner to take the kick. Siniša Ognjanović made a great header on Thornhill City's corner, it was just that Knights Templar's Radomir Medarov managed to reach the ball for a save. Zheko Lenev kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Thornhill City's Zhuo Le Kun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radomir Medarov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Radomir Medarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuo Le Kun in the 66th minute of play. Sabin Tecău struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Vidosav Joksimović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knights Templar. Knights Templar's Radomir Medarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhuo Le Kun in the 73rd minute of play. Radomir Medarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuo Le Kun in the 74th minute of play. Zhuo Le Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Knights Templar's Radomir Medarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhuo Le Kun in the 81st minute of play. Siniša Ognjanović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Radomir Medarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sima Ignjatović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radomir Medarov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Knights Templar got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Ramírez. After having played for 92 minutes, Zhuo Le Kun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornhill City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhuo Le Kun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radomir Medarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhuo Le Kun, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Zhuo Le Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Knights Templar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
