In the 7th minute, Hermenegildo Ventura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roberto Eztebe. The goal made the score 1-0. After a rather tough play, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Dawid Beckham got a free kick in the 12th minute. Fulgencio Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Karlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Aureliano Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Yepes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Fulgencio Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Christoff Stocks came free, but Fulgencio Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC LeX Luthor's Rodion Nikitin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Samuel Moutinho, made in the 34th minute of the game. Peep Pronk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peep Pronk in the 34th minute of play. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoff Stocks in the 41st minute of play. Fulgencio Eyague came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Christoff Stocks. But to his dismay, Christoff Stocks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peep Pronk made a kick off. AC LeX Luthor's Gelu Ioniță quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Samuel Moutinho, made in the 50th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ defense, Peep Pronk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Eztebe. The Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Eztebe should have stopped the shot. Godfredo Oriche hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Beckham, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Peep Pronk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion was substituted for Hermenegildo Ventura. AC LeX Luthor's Aristide Ciuvică was substituted for Peep Pronk. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Christoff Stocks managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's supporters rose to their feet, but Christoff Stocks was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 minutes of play, AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Eztebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Zeledon Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 91st minute of play. In the 91st minute Aristide Ciuvică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Savion, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 94th minute of play. AC LeX Luthor's Jose Galtero was substituted for Godfredo Oriche. In the 97th match minute, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julien Staffelbach to maneuver through the defense. AC LeX Luthor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
