In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper Tiburcio Ereinotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Julio Falcioni managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when F. C. Solitario's Qian Yan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thomas Vollmar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Julio Falcioni made a huge save. Tiburcio Ereinotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dong Kun Yang in the 43rd minute of the match. Dong Kun Yang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
